Our Solutions Design Workshop is a two-day workshop that allows us to learn all that we need to know about your sales process and what technology you use currently. Our goal is to discover three of the most important aspects of your business that we will work around on.

  • How much can you invest to reach your goals and expected ROI?

We will work hand in hand to build a structure of how your sales process should be like.

We try to find out which technologies are working and can be upgraded or if you need to scrap them and look to the latest technologies in the market today.  After all, they are the ones that are going to implement the plan and if they are involved there is a bigger chance of success.

How Does The Workshop Work?

The workshop will be valuable for everyone involved. There will be brainstorming, team building, and goal setting. Getting everyone involved is key to the success of the workshop. All attendees must participate. You will discover if everyone in the company has the right mindset and will be helping you move forward.

Day One

Day one

Day one is all about building out a workflow to outline what your optimal sales process looks like. We work with you team build out SWOT analysis and complete a business model canvas to get a complete understand of your company.

We drill down to if you had to start over what you would do differently. This forces you and your team to really think about the process that support your business. This can often lead to some tough discussions and one time a full blow out argument between owners. The end result is bare bone outline of your business sales process.

Day Two

Day Two

Day two is about making a transition plan allows you to implement your new sales process without harming or destroying you bottom-line. We will take a look at your current teams setup and what roles everyone plays in the company.

We look at the state of your technology stack and if we need to redesign and deploy a new stack from scratch “90% of the time it’s worth it”. At the same time we will help you select the right marking channels you should be using in your business so you can maximize your budget for marketing.

The Findings

The Findings

After we finish the work shop, my team and I will go back and design your new sales process and create job description and roles for your team. The document will have a complete process map, job descriptions, and technologies that will be employed.

Throughout the entire process we urge our clients to only make small and trackable iteration while implanting there new sales process. Time is need to test and validate your new processes.

How much is all of this going to cost me?

Valid question… The workshop costs start at 9500 USD but there are considerable options to save when you commit to our marketing stack and solutions.

Once you are with the workshop and employ our services we start to implement your technology stack and solutions. We don’t charge large onboarding free and don’t force you into a long term contract.
